Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Solace EHR, LLC (“Solace,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with our website at solaceehr.com (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. The Solace EHR product is not yet available; it will be governed by its own agreements and notices.
Information we collect
Information you send us. The Site has no forms or accounts. If you email us, we receive your email address, any other contact details you include, and the contents of your message.
Technical information. The Site’s own code does not set cookies or load analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts, and its fonts are served from our own domain. Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, Vercel Inc., which processes technical information such as your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, browser and system details, the pages requested, and the referring page in order to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse. If Vercel’s security systems flag traffic as suspicious, you may briefly see a security check page that runs Vercel’s own code and keeps a short-lived verification session in your browser. See Vercel’s privacy notice for details.
Please don’t send health information
The Site and our general email inbox are not intended for protected health information. Please don’t send patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, record numbers, or other patient details.
How we use information
- To read and respond to your messages, including sending you a launch update if you ask for one.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), when required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction.
Retention
We keep messages you send us for as long as needed to respond (including sending any launch update you asked for) and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from your messages, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@solaceehr.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor them as required.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
